All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and INCLUDE GST.

DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES

Orders will be dispatched at the earliest time available, unless on back order. Delivery of stocked items will also be agreed upon when orders are confirmed. Delivery times may be extended during holiday times and peak periods, particularly when pre-orders are available for products.
Expected delivery times of items placed on backorder will be discussed during order confirmation. Subject to the availability of products, orders will be dispatched in order of receipt and area to be dispatched to; credit cards will be charged at time of ordering to secure orders.
Delivery charges will vary according to contents and location of the order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We will gladly discuss any return or refund issues you have. Refunds will not be given for plants that have been under watered by customer.

Though we make reasonable effort to ensure listed stock is available as described and at the indicated price, we reserve the right to amend or decline orders where we find the website content to be inaccurate or out of date at the time of processing orders. If the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged we will immediately refund your purchase if you do not wish to proceed with your order due to an error or omission on our part.

We have taken care to ensure our images are as true to each item in stock as possible, many variables such as climatic and natural variation may effect the appearance of each item. General images are used for all stock. The images are intended as a guide only.
